Draft, 2026-10-16. To be completed before release.
What Tuckli stores
The places, containers and items you add, and the photos you take of them. On your phone always; on our server (hosted by Supabase) when you sign in, so your household can share it and you can get it back on a new phone.
Recognising photos
When you ask Tuckli to recognise a photo, that photo is sent to our server and on to an image-recognition model (OpenAI) to list what is in it. OpenAI does not use the photo to train its models and deletes it within 30 days. You can always skip this and type the items yourself.
Asking
A word typed in Ask searches on your phone. A question or a command (“where is my hammer?”, “move it to the garage”) is sent to our server and on to a language model (OpenAI) together with the list of your places, boxes and item names, so it can answer from them. OpenAI does not use it to train its models and deletes it within 30 days. A move happens only after the app shows it to you.
What Tuckli does not do
No advertising, no analytics trackers, no selling of data. No third-party software runs inside the app.
Your rights
Delete your account from Settings → Delete account (today this sends a request to support, done by hand within a day), or write to support@tuckli.app. Signing out keeps your places and things on the phone and removes the account from it.
